It’s spring, it’s spring, it’s spring! I’ve been stocking up on my local honey and Claritin because as a side effect of spring is allergies and for someone who ADORES fresh flowers as much as I do, welp, it’s essentially to be prepared! Dogs and flowers are my two favorite things and one can’t let and overreactive immune system bring them down!
If you are around my age, you will probably remember watching Zenon Girl of the 21st Century marathons on the weekends. You may remember when Zenon came to Earth she asked what the purpose of the flowers in her aunt’s yard are. Her aunt replied “Somethings are just good for the soul”. I couldn’t agree more.
After a very long week at work, I was thrilled to not only be invited to a gorgeous bouquet making party to take my mind off of stress but to be in the supportive company of my beautiful, inspiring blogger friends. To make the activity and company even better, we were in the most gorgeous setting at STEM, sipping on the most delicious wines and chowing down on some phenomenal pizza.
The wines we tried were extra delicious. I have a soft spot for delicious, crisp champagnes too so this event left me spoiled! We had delicious glasses from Geyser Peak, Balletto Vineyards and the Limoux AOP. I highly recommend looking into these bottles if you have a chance and are craving something new because I was in H-E-A-V-E-N!
A big thank you to my friend and talented blogger Lauren for all her amazing work on the event! Check out more pictures from the night’s best…
